    IF statement

    This IF statement is not working - what is the problem? Thank you

    =IF(D477="Poor","Default",IF(D477="Requires Improvement - Next monitoring","Improvement Plan",IF(D477="Requires Improvement - timescale TBA","Improvement Plan",IF(D477="Requires Improvement - Urgent","Improvement Plan",IF(D477="Good -Good","No Extra Measures",IF(D477="Good - Outstanding","No Extra Special Measures"))))))

    Thanks very much for your reply Kamboj - but this still doesnt work ?Monitoring form with IO to MO info just needs to be updated post Gill.xlsm

    use D567 in place of D477, your data is on D567

    and remove space from your list there is in the end of the word.

    Select the cell, right-click and choose Format Cells, then click on General. Click in the Formula Bar as if to edit the formula, then press <enter>.
