Dropdown selections based on adjacent dropdown selected

I need to provide drop-down selections based on the drop-down selection of an adjacent cell.
So in the first cell, say I have 6 choices and based on the selection I need to display choices associated with it in the adjacent cell. Based on that choice, I need to provide choices in the next adjacent cell.

Can this be done?
