Posting result based on factors from other cells

I am trying to achieve the following:

The cell I am trying to populate is O12

If K27 = 0000 or blank and/or I12 is blank O12 should be blank (O12 should not populate until an entry has been placed in both K27 and I12

If K27 = 0000 or blank and I12 = 100-500 then O12 = $99.00, I12 = 10-20 then O12 = $150.00, I12 = 50-55 then O12 = $250.00

If K27 = 1000-1999 and I12 = 100-500 then O12 = $89.00, I12 = 10-20 then O12 = $140.00, I12 = 50-55 then O12 = $240.00

In the third line you say that O12 should not populate until both K27 and I12 have an entry. In the fourth line you say that if K27 is blank and I12 has an appropriate entry, O12 should populate. I am sending this on the assumptions that the fourth line is correct, and that there are only three possibilities for entries in K27 which are "blank", "0000" and a value between "1000 - 1999". I further assume that the only entries for I12 are those listed. If those assumptions are correct then the following formula should work for cell O12.

Thanks for looking at this for me.

The formula you provided is correct if the 5th line above is followed.

If I leave K27 blank it is also correct however if I enter 0000 I am getting a False error in O12

Is cell K27 formatted as "General"? Whenever I put 0000 in cell K27 and press enter the value changes to 0, and cell O12 shows the correct amount, based on the value of Cell I12.

Yes I had the 0000 as text in order to get the 4 0 to show but I changed it and works fine now.
