    Calendar Issue

The Attached file configures a Gannt Chart and a Calendar on the first two tabs. Those seem to work. The
subsequent Numbered Tabs each have a month of the year that relates back to those first two tabs.
My issue is this: When more than two events happen on the same day, those calendars won't show it. They
only show the first two events event when there are three or four. I have played with the formulas and I
thought I had it right a few times because I got it to display the next Event - but it turned out that it
was simply displaying the next Event on the list on the 'Year' tab regardless of date.

    For example:
On the 'Chart' Tab, Rows 29,30, and 31 all show a date of 11/10/14.
Those dates then populate the 'Year' Tab on Rows 14, 15, and 16, (the Dates and the Event Names)
Then on tab '2' I have problem. Nov 10 only shows the first two events. I need it to show three or maybe

    four.
I tried adding "+1" on those formulas in a different places and I thought I had it
    Tried this:
    ....MATCH(K15,event_dates,0)+1+MATCH(K15,OFFSET...
    and this:
    ...MATCH(K15,event_dates,0),0,500,1),0)+1))

but those don't really do it because it will simply add the next Event on the list and ignore the date.
(it would put 'Event 4' in the calendar on 11/10 event though 'Event 4' happens on 11/17.

Please help me with these formulas in the calendar. Thanks so much!!

    Re: Calendar Issue

Here is a different way to approach this.
I took your example and created 6 formulas so you can see 6 events per your calendar days

The first formulas goes in cell D15 of worksheet 2. The others goes in your merge cells from C16 to C20

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Hope this helps

    Re: Calendar Issue

    Thanks so much!!
I think that solves the issue. I'm a beginner at this so I'll have to figure out exactly how you did it, but I think this will work.
    You rock.

    Thanks
