Address all in one individual column vertically, need to be split into rows horizontally

Thank you to anyone reading this post.

I have a list of addresses thats looks like this in column A.

    Anthony E Abang, MD
    Elizabethtown KY 42701
    Phone: 270.360.0008
    Fax: 270.360.0141

    Salahadin Abdi, MD
    Houston TX 77010
    Fax: 617.278.8034

But should look like this, spread out over Columns A through Column F.

    Anthony E Abang, MD | Elizabethtown KY 42701 | Phone: 270.360.0008 | Fax: 270.360.0141

Salahadin Abdi, MD | Houston TX 77010 | Fax: 617.278.8034

Can someone please show me how to split the data into rows? Please keep in mind some addresses have different number of lines, for example some have full address, some just have city/state/zip, some include phone number, some don't. Please see attachment. Willing to compensate also if you can do this yourself.

Here is the best representation of how it looks. All down column A with no spaces in between any rows. The names are in Red and I need all the info below the red to be aligned horizontally next to the name rather than below it.
