Hyperlinks within workbook 'move' after sorting

I have a list of issues in one tab and related actions in another tab

I thought I'd be 'clever' and put hyperlinks in the action tab linking to the relevant issues, but the issues get sorted by date, name, ID etc - when that happens the hyperlinks in the action tab no longer go to the correct issue!

Anyone know if there is there a workaround for this please?

I think you are confusing yourself here, on the "Issues Tab" your ID is "Iss-001"etc, on the "Actions Tab" your ID has changed to "ACT-001" - i would suggest syncronising these, then on the second Tab just you a vlookup scenario?
