Create data page from list of information

I have a list of information (Items, Item Names/Materials, Pct)
Item is a unique identifier (typically alphanumeric similar to XXXXXXXXXX-XXX)
Name is an internal name I would like to keep to make referencing the chart easier.
Material is the components found in Name.
Pct is the value I need to find.

So, across the top row I would like a list of all Item Names.
Down the first row I would like a list of all Materials.
In the body I would like the Pct value where the Name/Material cross.

Hopefully this makes sense...

I added to Sheet2.

I was hoping to get Sheet2 to populate automatically.
Across the top would be each item by name.
Down the left column are the materials needed to make the item.

Sheet 1 has the % of each material in each item.
I was hoping to populate sheet2 with the item, RM, and % based on X,Y

Sorry if I am doing badly explaining.

Sheet 2 now has rm-001 to rm-270 down the left.
I copied the first few items across the top.
Using the % of each rm in each item I populated the first two items.

Once done I was hoping to be able to copy/paste new item/material list into sheet1 to automatically update sheet2 as the materials, RMs, and % change often.
