How to return values/text in cell if condition is met?

Anybody would like to help me in finding subject topper using excel formula. Excel worksheet is attached RESULT.xlsx

I wanted to find name list of subject topper using excel formula. For. e.g. to find Subject (English) topper, i need to look maximum marks in English and at the same time i need look at name who secured maximum marks in English. That is how i do manually to find subject topper. I would like to try using excel formulae which would be very easy.
