    Help creating an excel document to make a sentence with information. Hard to explain.

    Hey Guys!

    Sorry for the lack of descriptive title.

    I'm looking for a way for Excel to create a templated email (as an example) based off information entered into a few cells.

    As an example, Let's say that information in cell B1 was a persons name, B2 was their alias, B3 was their reference number..

    Now lets say that the information there was to be outputted into cell C1, but in the following sentence: Hi, (CELLB1), otherwise known as (CELLB2). Your reference number is (CELLB3)

    Is there a way to do this?

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    Well I'm pretty new to Excel so there may be an easier/better way, but try this:

    ="Hi, " & A1 & ", or " & B1 &"." & " Your ref# is " & C1 & "."

    Put this in whichever cell you like and change the cell references to the cells with the data you're using.
