Is there a way to make multiple selections when using a Data Validation dropdown? I have attached a sample workbook in the event that anyone has a solution they would like to try out?

In a single validation I don't believe so... you could do what you are doing and then have a concat or just straight combine the three in a new column that would be used later.
=[@[Rel_Prob]]&","&[@[Add_Aff]]&","&[@[Rel_RI]]
But it will be interesting to see if someone has an all inclusive way of doing this in a single validation... I just don't see it working with the functionality of those.

Thanks El, I'll try your formula
There is a way and it is explained by Debra Dalgleish on her Contextures website at this URL http://www.contextures.com/excel-dat...-multiple.html
