please send the formula for i choose the customer name in drop down menu the customer address & all other information was display

Customer name In C3 cell drop down menu than i am choose Anil kumar in C3 cell
in C4 cell will display a "Company name"
In C5 Cell will Display a "Address Line1 & Address Line2"
In C6 Cell will Display a "City, state, Zip Code"
In C7 Cell will Display a "Country , E-Mail "
In C7 Cell will Display a "Phone, Mobile, Fax "
