I can't see from a jpg what cells are being shown. Please attach an Excel sheet showing exactly what you want.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

input into conditional formatting formula:
=ISNUMBER(MATCH(G7,$F$7:$F$12,0))
applies to range $G$7:$N$12
