Help needed in changes codes

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me to change these codes

This code will allow to pick folder and save file as "processed ....".

But I want to change this code to allow me to choose file I want to save the data in (not folder). Once the file is selected, the code then save the data into particular worksheet called "abc".
