PowerPivot Relationship Problem

Dear all,

I have excel file (Sheet1)like...
EmpId Name
1 Vinay
2 Ben
3 Ian
4 Chris
5 Rob

and sheet2 like...
EmpId SL
1 120
3 450
4 520

now I want to use powerpivot and want something like..
EmpId Name SL
1 Vinay 120
2 Ben 0
3 Ian 450
4 Chris 520
5 Rob 0

I have done relationship but it doesnot give me correct answer.

Please see attached file. I am using Excel 2010.
