Recreate this donut chart?

Hey all,

I found an interesting style of donut chart online and wanted to see if it would be possible to recreate in excel with new data points. What do you think - could this be recreated with a new custom color set and new %s and talking points? I started working on it, but haven't had any luck recreating it.
