Problem with copying data from system generated spreadsheet

I have system generated CSV file that i take the data out of and add to an existing report with multiple pivot tables. On a weekly basis i just add the new data and "refrersh" my pivot tables to show the new data. Have a data tab where i copy and paste the data into, but for some reason it is reading the stuff i paste in as text and when i check the cell formatting it is "general" or "number", so my pivot tables so should be refereshing correctly. I have tried everything i can think of and asked other excel guru's, but no luck. Any ideas?

P.S. I just started using this new system to gather the data, i had been doing this flawlessly before. There is just something about this file.....
