I'm trying to do a simple spreadsheet where it calculates the number of new vs renewed accounts each salesman achieves but I keep getting a #VALUE! error. The criteria are text based so all I want it to count is the number of new accounts by salesman on one line and the number of renewed accounts by salesman on another.
I have no issue with SUMIF or COUNTIF but for some reason, multiple criteria COUNTIFS is just not working.
