Looping instead of copy and pasting

Hi all,

I go to this URL(below) then I click on the various fixtures.Then I copy and paste (text only)each one individually into excel,then I run a macro on the table to tidy up the text and do some calculations.It takes ages though.

Is there a way I could just loop through the fixture list and uatomatically copy each event onto seperate sheets in excel (then I could run the macro manually after that)

What do you mean by "Fixtures"?

I did not look at the link, but a fixture (in this context) is probably the schedule of which teams play which teams, and where/when

This is a horse racing site with hundreds of various types of links.
Need to know where from and what type of data he's downloading to start with than what's he trying to accomplish.
Probably not that difficult.
