Another Importing Data From One Workbook To Another Query

How do I avoid having to manually input data from one workbook to another?

I have uploaded 2 workbooks. The one titled master is the one I manually input from the one titled source. Source is a different workbook with each row on master. How do I put myself in a position where the next row on the master will automatically populate when I open a new "source" workbook?

I should probably explain some more.

The entries on the source sheet would be as follows -

AGE - 18
GENDER (I use the more common word on the spreadsheet but filtered here) - F

And an amount against any of the times. So if 8am, 10am and 2pm should 2, 5 and 1 respectively, the master would see this as 7 under 8am-12am column and 1 under 12pm-6pm column. Also if you enter your age, your adult/child status will appear in E1 on the source and this would be used to enter into the master.
