Apply conditional formatting to rows below

How would I apply the same conditional formatting to rows below to 15,0000. It works fine for row 1. To go manually and do the conditional formatting for all 15,000 rows would be very cumbersome and take too much of time. I tried selecting down to row 15,000 and apply the conditional formatting but it does not work

My query: How can i apply wat works in row 1 to upto 15,000 rows below

SOLUTION:first remove all the dollar symbol in the Conditional formatting and then copy format using format painter.
after removing all the dollar symbols I dragged it till the 15,000th row and it worked !!
