    Drop down box not clickable or right clickable

    Hello, I have a drop down box in a spreadsheet which has stopped being clickable and I can't even right click on it. Its function is to select a value and the spreadsheet then calculates information relating to that value. For example it would select a country then the spreadsheet would calculate statistics for that country.

    The drop down is not a cell but looks like it "hovers" above a cell.

    Everyone in my office has access to the speadsheet but only one person can use the dropdown, everyone else is having the same issues.

    I'm using Excel 2013.

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
