Hi,
So I have two lists of employees: one, a complete list of the staff, the second, a list of the staff who have completed a particular training. I have two columns within each sheet, one containing the employees first name, and then the second containing the last name. I would just like the two sheets be compared so I can see who on the complete staff list has yet to do the training. Any quick solutions? I feel a Vlookup is the answer, but I don't have a complete grasp on how to accomplish this. Please help!
