Data from External Source

Hi,

I've been developing an automated milestone tracker for the past couple of months and the office I work in has just converted to Office 10.

Consequently every time I open my sheet I find it asking me if I want to update the data in my sheet.

I have never linked to another sheet and have tried doing the Find & Select for the "[" or "]" and it pulls nothing up.

Any ideas?
