Measuring time to calculate excel formula

Hi All,
After struggling through search & search, I've come across one article teaching how to calculate the speed of excel workbook:

I'm so happy after I done this, I found out where are the bottleneck in my workbooks. It saves me from 22 seconds calculating to under 3 seconds.
