Conditional formatting not working on some cells that are covered by it.

Hi,

I've attached the sheet I'm working on.

Basically it's a training log,

If training has taken place in the last year cell green
If taken place longer than a year ago or cell is blank in a row that has a name to it in column 'C', then it turns red
If training has taken place between 11 months and 12 months ago it'll go yellow to indicate its due soon.
If column 'C' has no name in it then the cells remain normal/blank/empty.

The conditional formatting I set up works for most of the sheet but as can been seen there are odd cells where its not working at all.

Any ideas or help will be greatly appricated.

the cell ref. doesn't suit like this one

=AND(E11>=TODAY()-333,A11<=TODAY())

should be E11
check all CF formulas

before other's look at your problem can you edit your uploaded file and clean it use sample data not real data. thanks and maybe indicate those "odd" cells not returning correct Conditional formatting
