Refresh All Not Working

I'm using Excel Professional Plus 2013 and the Refresh All option for pivot tables no longer works from my previous version. This applies to old and new files. I can refresh each pivot individually but not all of them at once.

Has anyone seen/heard of this before?

In pivot table there is option to refresh all under the "Options" tab..click on pivot table then you will be able to see that.

I was using the refresh all button, it was just not doing anything.

I found out that the problem was with the MySQL for Excel Add-In which was stopping the refresh all button from doing it's job. If I disable this, it works fine.
