One morning every week I run reports from our scheduling and payroll system (Dayforce) and it generates reports that are opened in Excel. I then filter down these reports based on the criteria that I need (high values, certain triggers) and delete all the other records.
The way our field organization is set up is in a Region/Area/Store format. We have 2200 stores that are broken into 220 Areas, which are broken into 22 different Regions. Basically each Area has around 10 stores in it, and each Region has around 10 Areas in it, or 100 Stores. After I filter the data I need on my spreadsheet down to my needed criteria I need to email the teammates data from each store that is still on my spreadsheets to multiple specific people. Let’s say that 4 of the 10 stores have teammates that make it onto my list (1 teammate per store), I want to send those 4 rows from my master data sheet to those stores Area Manager. I want to do this same thing for Regions as well, send all entries for stores that are within that Region to the Region Manager. I don't want the Area Managers to receive information for teammates that are not in their Area.
I have an excel spreadsheet for Region Managers as well as Area Managers. They have many columns that say their Region, Area, Email Address, Name....
The Excel spreadsheets I have for the reports that I run also have the Region, Area, Store Number...
Is there a way I can have Excel generate an email that will look at my master data sheet from a report I ran and generate an email to send all rows that have the Area name in the Area Column to only that Area Managers email address as an attachment? Have it do this for all Areas, as well as Regions?
I have 3 reports and can put each one on a separate sheet in the same Excel folder. Each sheet would have the Region, Area, Store Number... data. I want Excel to send that data from all sheets (either in 1 excel file with 3 sheets, or 3 separate excel files) to each Area Manager, but only the stores that are in their Area.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
