please help with compare two columns and give me result?

I have two columns and solution to the right. Solution i alone write with copy/paste, but what I tried to do is to list me all fb profile names which number is 11...Imagine this like a prize game, and which answer is 11 that win prize. So I have 2 people which answer is good, and I want to list that names....

I created names and numbers with google forms online and put that data...So when I see my excel sheet, and maybe i will have 1000 names and answers, I want to show in another columns only nams which answer is OK (11 in this case)..

How to do that, i tried with vlookup, but no succeed....
