Multiple lookup function formula

Good afternoon,

I am trying to write a formula which looks at information in Hanshin Worksheet, specifically cells A2 and also at Q1, R1, S1 etc, and based on that criteria, looks up the information in Price List Data and retrieves pricing from there.

So for e.g. A2 = HS0000700R001 and therefore returns pricing for D of $189, for R $189, for S $189 etc.

Any help will be much appreciated.
