Data Entry Form and Master Spreadsheet

    Hello All,

I have been requested to put together a report that gathers in data from 3 individual meeting booker's (MB) personal sheets. Currently we have to individually copy across every meeting record to a central location, however I was wondering if there was a way to create a form in each of the MB's sheet to automatically upload a meeting to the central location?

I have investigated macros, forms and importrange though cannot seem to find a straight forward solution.

    Thanks for any help,

    Tc

Yes.... but. You need to give us something to work with. So, please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Re: Data Entry Form and Master Spreadsheet

    Hi Thanks for the help,

I have attached a rough spreadsheet as I am only sketch booking at this stage. Essentially I have created a form on the tab 'Input' yellow cells the data in manually inputted and the green cells the data is selected from drop down menus.

My aim is to transfer the data into the tab 'DataSheet' with the press of the button on the 'Input' tab. This would preferably clear the form ready for the next booked meeting to be recorded. It would be useful to be able to create a ref no as well.ExcelHelp.xlsx

The end game is to be able to have one of these forms on each of the individual meeting bookers sheet's uploading to a central database.

Please let me know if you need more information?

    Thanks

    Tc
