    Auto populate template each month from seperate workbook

    I have a piece of kit that can be set to export telemetry data each month. this takes the form of an excel workbook and the system appends each new months data to the workbook.
    We have no control of the layout and formating of the data it just out puts in its own way. So we would like to be able to use the data to automatically populate a template report with the previous months figures in a way that is more presentable to the client.
    I have managed to link the two workbooks to update data but i am not sure how to only import the last months figures in a dynamic way.
    I have little excel or VBA knowledge but can follow instructions. Is anyone able to help. I include an example of the data the equipment outputs.barnsley test_30min_Report.xls

    You get better help if you also add in your file, the desired (expected) result.

    You can add the result manualy in the sheet.
    Notice my main language is not English.

    I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    @pfigners

    Your added result does not match the earlier posted input file.

    It had been usefull if you add them in 1 sheet.

    Please explain more, since I don't see what has to be done.

    Re: Auto populate template each month from seperate workbook

    ok i'll try again. the first file is an example of the data that the equipment outputs at preset intervals. each month it appends that months data to the end of the file. we want to be able to extract that newly added data automatically each month to be used to automatically fill out a template report similar to the second file example.
    i can link data from one workbook to another but dont know how to only take the previous months data automatically into another workbook.
    hope this makes more sense.
