Grabbing data from a table, possibly using ranges of numbers

Hey all, I'm trying to create a commission calculator that will pull the percentages from a table based on the row and the column. The problem I've ran in to is that there are ranges of data for both the row and the column and I don't really know enough about excel to figure this out. I want the commission percentage to be pulled up based on the net spread (the net profit) and the net markup. I have a formula in there that would work if there weren't ranges of data being used so I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    See attached for possible solution.

The only major edit I made to the formatting of your spreadsheet was adding a helper row below 13. This is because your row 13 data is stored as Text in excel, which isn't too helpful when working with percentages. You could also alleviate this by just entering the upper limit for each percentage range, or keep it as is.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks so much! It looks like I was pretty close. The only issue I am having now is that if the net markup percentage goes below 25 in the calculator, it breaks it. Why is it breaking?
