Make workbook read only with no ability to save or edit

I want to make a workbook really read only.... I did it with macros but couldnt get it perfect and am getting no answers in the macro side of this forum. My question is whether or not there is a possibility to keep the initial password prompt where they would hit read only if they don't have the password, then they really won't be able to save it as a copy. I need them to only view it if they don't have the password and can't find a real answer to it

When you save the WB, use Save As. Then at the bottom of the Save window, click Tools, General and check PW to Modify

    DONT forget your password
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

I have that set, but all people have to do is go into the read-only mode, modify it, and save it as a copy. I cant have my server loaded with copies of this file. I needs to have password restricted access with no ability to save a modified version unless you have the password
