Credit Rating Graph

Hello I would like to make a credit rating graph on excel

What I would like to have is the credit rating (e.g. AAA, AA+, ...) on the y axis and the date on teh x axis.

Another possible graph I would like to have is a graph that show te relationship between tehe credit ratings and the yield of a 10 year bond. So I would need to vertical axis one for the credit ratings and other for yields and the x axis would be the same.

Thus anyone knows how to do this ?

Hmm ok, but I still have a question, so what you are saying is that is not possible at all to have letters on the Y axis ? I have to associate numbers first and then change teh label accordingly. But how can I do that change the label for letters ?
