Rounding time

Hi,

Following data appear in the cells A1,A2,A3 respectively.

9:15:59 AM
9:16:59 AM
9:17:59 AM

I just want to round it like 9:16 , 9:17 ,9:18 respectively.I just need to remove AM as well.

Can anyone help to construct formula?
