In the Developper Tab > Macros > Options
If the Developper tab is not shown, go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon and Click on Developper.

If this post helps, then click the star icon (*) in the bottom left-hand corner of my post to Add reputation.
If you are talking about making it run by pressing, for example, Ctrl+J, then go to the Developer Tab>Macros>Options. In that dialog box there is a place to assign the keyboard shortcut.
