How to calculate the difference between 2 dates based on the name

Hi, i have a situation, i need to find out a way to calculate the difference between 2 different dates based on the name in the first column.
For example, if Anna used our services, 2 months ago and again yesterday, i need a formula to check on the name to see that is the same person and calculate the difference between the dates in days. I don't care to find out the time between 2 different names, i only care about the same persons.
I have attached an example, with yellow color is the rows that i care about
