    Not to print background Color!!!

    Hello Friends!!
    I have an Excel sheet and have used various colors to make it look good but i don't want the color to be printed while printing...
    how can i do it??

    In Page layout, Page Setup, on the Sheet tab, select "Black & White". The background colors will still show up when editing or viewing on screen, but won't print.
