    Copying formatted data

I am trying to gather data from several columns and concatenate them into one column as an id. So...

    1 01 3 04 3 2

Should look like 10130432 but when I try to join the data into one I get 113432 as the result (I formatted two of the columns as 00). Is there a way to have the 0s included in the id column?

Yes that works. Minus the " " around the cell addresses (it literally prints A1 instead of the value inside the A1 cell).

    Thank you very much

You're welcome. Thanks for the rep.

Oops, sorry ... clearly, it was untested. Just copied and pasted several times.

Glad you were able to work out the error of my ways

    Regards, TMS
