Excel Column Header Scrolls from Header within worksheet

I have attached two pictures of a spreadhseet where the header row scrolls into the Excel Column Header row. How do I make this happen? This is not my workbook, but I can't figure out how this was done. Seems simple enough but I'm lost.

In one picture you see the typical excel column header of A, B, C, D etc... and the worksheet header below in row 6. In the next picture I scrolled down one row and the Header moved up to the Excel Column Header.

It has to be so simple, but I can't find where to make that change for the other worksheets in this book.

    TIA,

Go to Insert ribbon, Click on table and make your Excel data as "Table"

It is a Structured Table. It does that by design.

AFAIAA that is the only way to make this happen ... But normally an advantage rather than a problem. Just select the data on the sheet and Insert | Table. When there is enough data to scroll down, the headers will "move up" to the column headers.

Re: Excel Column Header Scrolls from Header within worksheet

This is a property of tables. The workbook you received is currently in table format, and the Design tab is currently electing to show headers.

The Column headers aren't actually scrolling off, but their values are being overwritten by the headers when they reach the top.

A way to see this is to scroll right until you reach the end of the table and can see a blank column.
Now scroll down until the headers hit the top. You'll still be able to see whatever Column letter in the blank columns.

Re: Excel Column Header Scrolls from Header within worksheet

Thank you both. I actually tried that and it didn't work on the sheet I want it to work on, but I tried it on another sheet and it worked perfectly. It must be an issue within my sheet. I'll have to figure out what that issue is. Thanks again.
