Question Multiple IF Statements are working as I would like

In this Spreadsheet I am creating - Here - B9's Formula is

The Cells its referring to are what it should be (B18=FALSE, B19=TRUE and B23=FALSE) But yet it is still displaying No

Does anyone know why this might be? Is it because there are formulas in those cells that make them say TRUE or FALSE?

I have simplified some of your formulas, and B9 is now NO. I copied your stuff off to the side so you can compare. Keep in mind that if you have a formula like =x=y, the answer will always ONLY ever be TRUE or FALSE, so there is no need to put it in an IF statement
