Convert Percentage to 5 digit number without decimal point

hello all and thank you in advanced.

I have a upload process where I have to upload percentages as a 5 digit number with no decimal points and I'm having troubles getting excel to do this and retain all characters and would appreceate some help.

    Examples

    - Original Number = 6.8% (0.068)
    - Needs to Display as = 00680

    - Original Number = 7.2%
    - Needs to Display as = 00720

    - Orignal Number = 10%
    - Needs to Display as = 01000

    - Orignal Number = 150%
    - Needs to Display as = 15000

The issue is I need it to completely remove the decimal and keep any leading or trailing zeros.

    thoughts appreceated.

    thanks again.
