Auto print rows according to numbers in shells

Hello all i am Christopher.
I have major problem that is related to my job.
I have an excel tha need to print some rows according to the number of a shell.
To be more specific,
at column "A" i have some names
and at column "B" i have the how many times this row has to be printed.
I also can give you an example xlsx.
