split and copy data

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me with this.
I have a spreadsheet with some 200 rows of data, to be imported into a database.
Before I can import the data however, I need to split the (; separated) data into rows, while copying the rest of the row to the new rows (does this make any sense?)

example:
1.png

should be
2.png

As you can imagine, I'm not really looking forward to doing this manually, but I have no idea if and how this could be automated.

Anyone?
