Conditional formatting individual rows (Not Clomns)

Hello,

This supposed to be very easy i but i cannot figure out this one.

i am trying to apply conditional formatting to individual rows (a whole range) from LEFT to RIGHT but excel is set up to format by columns from TOP to BOTTOM . My analysis should start with January and end with May for each country. Highlighting just one row works but when i highlight the whole range then conditional formatting starts to analyze not by rows but by columns. If you know the formula please share it with me. I will highly appreciate your help. I will be awesome if i could format by icon sets or 3 color scale but highly doubt it's possible. Although it works when you do it row by row... but we all know it's not practical.

I think you need a "$" maybe in the formula..
Please tell what is your criteria for formatting and attach a sample worksheet
You can do so by Clicking on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I think should have added that i looking to identify values from the smallest to the highest and have some kind of color scale to show the difference. (icon sets will be the best but i doubt it's possible)
There should be some kind of combination with MAX() formula but all i tried did not work.
Any ideas pleas let me know.

Ok got it
Check the attached
Apply conditional formatting to one row (source range) i.e. D5:O5 and type it in B1
Set the target range i.e. D6:O12 in B2
and just press the Blue button

Wow! This is some heavy VBA artillery you come up with. Very impressive! I truly thank you for your time and effort you put into helping me with my problem.
I should say though VBA is not my strongest side... i always was able to find my way around with regular excel and powerpivot.

It's too late and i am going to bed but tomorrow i will start examining the code. Thank you again.

Glad to Know it worked but Frankly Telling Vba is Mine Weakpoint too ....i Just Found this code over the Net And Made Some Changes To Suit Your requirements....
