Please help: Non-VBA INDEX MATCH formula to return values to the right of first value?

    Hi everyone,

Could someone please review the attached spreadsheet and help me generate a non-VBA index match formula that will return the values in the index sitting in the column to the right of the first returned value? Below is the index match formula that I am using to return the first value. This formula will correctly take the value from column AD within the INDEX and place it under the appropriate monthly column. The problem I am having is that I need the formula to return all of the values in the index to the right of the first returned values as well. Please read the comments I have made within the attachment as they should make this more clear. Thanks in advance.

    =IFERROR(INDEX('LoT Share'!$AC$2:$HM$379,MATCH($B$3&$C$3&AH$1,'LoT Share'!$A$2:$A$379&'LoT Share'!$B$2:$B$379&'LoT Share'!$C$2:$C$379,0),1),0)
