Calculate Days Worked with Criteria

I have a set of data I receive that shows every assignment worked from a start date to end date. I need to know the Job of the latest date and calculate the days of the job with no breaks.

I have enclosed an example, the criteria of calculating time with this criteria is giving me a hard time.
