    Vlook up with multiple Criteria

    Hello All,
    I am looking for a formula which will have multiple criteria for vlook.

    Its just that if Employee Id match than please look for E2 and give column 3

    Please check for attach file for better picture.

    Hi crescendo,

    This is one of those Array Formula or Control+Shift+Enter types.
    You also MUST spell 3 Days, 6 Days, 9 Days, 11Days and 15Days EXACTLY the same on both sheets. That was a real problem here.

    Hey is there any way that wen can put if error formula in this??

    Put this in F2 and enter with a CSE.

    =IFERROR(INDEX(Coach!$E$1:$E$9,MATCH($A2&F$1,Coach!$A$1:$A$9&Coach!$D$1:$D$9,0)),"")

    Then pull it down and to the right.
