Filtering Dynamic Range

I've attached an example spreadsheet of what I'm trying to do. The Info tab contains all the information regarding different people. In the second tab, I am trying to list names and level based on shift selection. Thanks for the help!

Perhaps something like this? Using array formula....

Awesome this works almost flawlessly! The only thing that doesn't work is when I select "*" I would like it to show all shifts. Thanks so much!
