INDEX MATCH MATCH/OFFSET MATCH MATCH with named ranges

I have a workbook with a lot of tables that have all been named.
I am trying to do a lookup for data within whichever table the user has selected.
I cannot therefore specify the MATCH array as that will change depending which table I need to look up from. I thought I may be able to use OFFSET MATCH MATCH but am having trouble getting that to work also (getting #VALUE error)

I have tried to attach a sample of what I am working on but am struggling to put into words exactly what it is I am after so please ask questions, as many as needed!

    TIA Andrew

Re: INDEX MATCH MATCH/OFFSET MATCH MATCH with named ranges

I think I may have found an easier way using a simple lookup for this bit but of course it's never simple is it.
I have reattached what I have tried but it isn't working properly. Can anyone spot the (probably glaring) error I have made?

In the second row all but the last option should be ticked. The first row is correct.

I don't see the error, your formula working OK.

it's looking on D3 (1.670) on table Autograph FreeFrame and on the column Drivewear which the value are 0 (or X)
